Bart successfully completed the Engineer-in-Training exam in 1981 and the Professional Engineering Exam in 1985.  He has been a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alaska since 1985.  He was also registered in the State of Utah in the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s.
