Quimby & Associates has designed many residential structures from small home additions to large custom homes and condominium projects.    Designs have included wood framed, log, and masonry (including Styrofoam block systems) homes.  Some large custom homes have required the inclusion of steel and/or masonry lateral force (wind and seismic) resisting systems.

We have also provided forensic studies to identify problems and render professional opinions regarding actions to be taken to remedy problems found.
